This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new, specialist team from the very beginning--helping to build a stable, consistent environment around an amazing individual with great potential for personal growth.
About the person you will support "C"

He thrives when supported by calm, consistent staff who can identify and manage triggers early using positive behaviour support (PBS) strategies.
