NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

What You'll Do:
Support children in their emotional, physical, and daily needs
Be a consistent, positive adult role model
Promote independence and healthy routines
Follow individual care plans and safeguarding procedures
Contribute to a warm, structured, and nurturing home environment
Work alongside professionals to help each child reach their full potential
To complete all housekeeping duties, including preparing meals throughout the shift and adhering to food hygiene to ensure the home is kept to a high standard.
To provide a comfortable, homely environment for the young people and adhere to Health & Safety requirements.
What You Bring:
NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience in an Ofsted-registered children's home
