We are looking for compassionate and skilled
Support Workers
to help our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.
What You'll be Doing
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
Support residents with physical disabilities and neurological conditions.
Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health or behaviour.
Foster a safe and supportive living environment.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families.
Maintain accurate records and follow individualized care plans.
What You'll Need
Minimum of 2+ years' experience as a support worker
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum of NVQ2 in Health and Social Care
