Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being. Duties

Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming. Help clients with mobility and daily tasks to enhance their independence. Support individuals in accessing community resources and participating in social activities. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel. Foster a supportive environment by encouraging clients to express their needs and preferences. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while providing care.

Experience

Previous experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members. A genuine interest in working with vulnerable individuals and an understanding of their needs is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is crucial for this role. Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet the needs of clients.
