Support Workers - Full Time & Part Time

Waking Night Shifts - 7 days on, 7 da

ys off (9pm - 9am)

13.10-13.60 ph - Contracted Position

This is a great role for someone looking for Waking Nights to support 2 female children in their family home who have night time needs. This will be worked on a week on week off rota Wednesday to Wednesday. Experience of supporting individuals with Autism and behaviours that challenge and the PBS model of support is essential. Males or females, must have clear communication skills and comfortable to work in a family home.

PLEASE NOTE: Our pay rates are exclusive of holiday pay meaning you also get paid for when you take holidays, unlike some roles advertised on indeed.

Duties

- Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
- Monitor and report any changes in behaviour or health status
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals

Requirements

- Experience of supporting individuals with Autism and behaviours that challenge and the PBS model of support is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanour.
