Chy An Towans is a small family run care home for adults that have learning disabilities, autism and may have behaviours that can challenge. We seek to provide excellent support for the people that live at Chy an Towans, enabling people to live as meaningful a life as possible.

As a support worker we want you to discover a really rewarding role, using your life skills and experiences , hobbies and interests when supporting people. The great people living at Chy an Towans may need assistance with personal care along with all aspects of their life.

You will be working in a friendly team or independently providing 1-1 support, covering various shifts throughout the day and if applicable overnight, either waking or sleep ins.

About you.

You not need experience, we are supporting people of various abilities and needs, we will support you to get to know people and understand how they wish or need to be supported. You will need effective communication skills be respectful of people's differences and have a flexible, positive and patient approach.

The shifts will be agreed on an individual basis depending on the right candidate's availability. This could be potentially to fit in with school hours or evenings/weekends. We will be happy to consider anyone that wants Part time/Night shifts/Full time hours. Please contact
