? Main Responsibilities:
Assist patients with personal care and mobility
Support admissions, discharges, and general ward duties
Help prepare equipment and maintain cleanliness
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff
Record observations and report concerns
Promote dignity, respect, and independence
? Requirements:
At least 3 months care experience within the last 2 years * Immunisations MMR, TB, HEP B, Varicella
