Support Worker
Job Description
This is a part time role for approximately 4 - 8 hours per week.
The hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10am - 2pm.
The role involves supporting a woman in her own home with the following areas of support needed;
Taking medications
Personal care when needed
Shopping and preparing meals to match a specialised diet
Taking care of the house
To get out and do things in the local community
Ideally we are looking for people who can drive and who are prepared to drive a Motability vehicle
We are looking for people who are compassionate, reliable and good communicators.
We are also looking for people who have some experience of complex health needs and mental health conditions.
You will become part of a team of people and there will be access to support, training and team meetings.
A full enhanced DBS will be required.

Pay: From 15.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
