Location:

You will be regionally employed to support our services in the Hexham and Corbridge area.

Responsibilities:



Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Respecting the rights, needs, and dignity of clients while ensuring their behaviour is safe for themselves and others. Creating a calm, positive, and supportive atmosphere that enhances the clients physical and emotional health, security, individuality, and self-esteem. Assisting with all aspects of personal care. To create opportunities for clients to build and maintain personal relationships and social networks that encourage their active participation in the community. Promptly reporting any incidents, suspicions, or signs of physical or verbal abuse, neglect, or harm, in line with our Whistleblowing Policy and Procedure. Ensuring that all medications are securely stored and administered properly and safely. Monitoring the clients well-being and progress, and documenting observations. Providing feedback to your line manager regarding any aspects of client care that may require investigation or immediate attention.
