Support Worker - Inverness
12.21 - 14 an hour weekly
We are recruiting for Support Workers with experience that would like to work for a friendly, professional and long established organisation. We have both days and nights available.
What will you be doing?
Act as a Key Worker to several residents, using personal knowledge and experience of working with those individuals to support the team in writing and reviewing support plans. Ensure that safeguarding procedures are properly followed and recorded. Consult with residents, the senior care assistant, and the Deputy Manager to assist in developing individual person-centred support plans for residents. Adhere to the Company's dress code incorporating the wearing of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Successful candidate
Previous experience working as a care assistant or support worker Able to work in Inverness Team player
You must be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council
