Who We Are:
Honeybrook House provides care and support for up to 10 adults with learning disabilities and autism in a calm and welcoming environment on the outskirts of Kidderminster. Our peaceful setting offers convenient access to local amenities, with the town centre just five minutes away and excellent public transport options nearby.
Your Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping individuals live meaningful, independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting daily routines and promoting independence
Encouraging personal growth through hobbies, interests, and activities
Assisting with healthcare needs, such as attending appointments and administering medication
Teaching life skills like budgeting, shopping, and managing bills
Providing personal care when needed
Supporting with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
Offering physical and emotional encouragement and guidance
Please note: Applicants must have 2-3 years of experience working in complex care settings.
