Support Worker
Pay rate:

We're looking for calm, compassionate support workers to join a caring team in
Hull
, supporting a bright and gentle young person who experiences the world in their own unique way.
They live at home with a loving family and benefit from patient, respectful support with the impact of a brain injury and physical and learning disabilities. They enjoy sensory-rich and calming experiences such as time in sensory rooms, listening to soft music, colouring, swimming with support, and spending time outdoors on sunny days. Family life is very important to them and brings comfort, joy, and connection.
You don't need to be an expert — the right person will be kind, patient, and open-hearted. You'll support them with dignity in daily living and personal care, respond calmly to their needs, and build trusting relationships with both the young person and their family. Previous experience in mental health or EUPD is desirable. A
full UK driving licence is essential
, as you'll be supporting them to get out and about in the community.
