We are recruiting for Support Workers to support 12 individuals who all live in their own self-contained flats in Kirkcudbright.

The people we support have faced a lot of challenges in the past because of their learning disabilities, Autism and mental and physical health issues, but this hasn\'t stopped them from enjoying life! They enjoy lots of activities, including days away, going on holiday, bowling, gardening, all things food, parties and enjoying their local area. However, they\'re always up for trying new things, so are looking for inventive people who are up for the challenge.

Our support team are very diverse and work well together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes. This can include:
  • Supporting them with medication
  • Cooking
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Maintaining the homes of people supported and managing their finances
Our team provide support 24 hours a day, so we are looking for some flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some weekends. We are currently recruiting full-time, part-time and bank Support Workers and although our shift patterns can vary, they are typically:
  • 7.00am - 7.30pm
  • 9.30am - 10.00pm
  • 8am - 8.30pm
  • Waking night shifts
