Nurse / Senior Support Worker
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal and emotional care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
Support residents with mobility, meals, and daily living activities.
Promote independence and respect each resident's choices and privacy.
Maintain accurate care records and report concerns to senior staff.
Work effectively as part of a caring, professional team.
Adhere to all health, safety, and infection control standards.
Skills and Experience
Compassionate, patient, and caring attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Previous care experience preferred but not essential (training provided).
