We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients with daily activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life. This position is ideal for those with a passion for caregiving and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities



Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide support in daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and light housekeeping. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Monitor and document changes in clients' health or behaviour, reporting any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Support clients with mobility needs, including heavy lifting when necessary. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care tailored to individual needs.

Skills



Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Valid driving licence Car Ability to perform meal preparation and assist with dietary needs.
