We specialise in supporting:



Adult with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs, Complex Care*

Transforming Care and Recovery Support*

Community Opportunities*

You will be working in our community-based services supporting individuals in their homes who have learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex care including behaviours that may challenge.

Our support workers engage with individuals and explore ways of working to develop new and existing skills. You will support and promote person centred approaches and planning in a range of daily living, housing related, social, educational and employment activities.

You will demonstrate the values that are paramount for a role of this nature such as warmth, compassion and empowerment. The right individuals will have access to regular training and on-going support from an experienced and supportive management team. We encourage our staff teams to develop themselves and make a real difference to the lives of the individuals we support.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a successful community-based service which is continuing to grow and develop.

Essential is excellent communication skills, written and spoken. Previous experience of supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex care and positive behaviour support is desirable.

You will receive a full company and mandatory induction Care Certificate, followed by client specific training. We provide on-going relevant training including accredited health and social care diplomas. We actively encourage and support our staff teams self development and career progression.

We also offer training vacancies for individuals wishing to gain experience within the care sector

5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata) based on working contract
