We are seeking compassionate and dedicated
Support Workers
to join our Learning Disability Services team. In this role, you will provide person-centred care, support daily living activities, and promote independence for residents with learning disabilities.Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care, daily routines, and activities. Promote independence and positive engagement for all service users. Support residents' social, emotional, and educational development. Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to provide high-quality care. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with care standards.
Skills and Attributes
Previous experience in care is preferred but not essential. Empathetic, patient, and understanding nature. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow care plans and implement support strategies effectively.
Education and Qualifications
NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
