Location: Headingly, Leeds



Full time, permanent, 8am - 8pm



Pay: 12.35 per hour



About Us



Hillside House was established in 2015 and are located in Headingly, Leeds. It is a large, detached property with 5 self-contained flats along with 3 en-suit bedrooms, a communal kitchen and living area. We are on an attractive street within easy walking distance of the Village and a 15-minute drive to the City Centre.

We are looking for caring, committed and enthusiastic support workers to come and join our team of established support workers to provide high quality and bespoke services to each of our clients.

Build and form excellent relationships with both colleagues and clients we support

Able to support in house activities and hobbies

Attentive and inspire residents to achieve more

This role encompasses a range of tasks dependent on the client's needs including:



Monitoring, recording, and administering medication

Light household chores

Assistance with mobility and personal care

Assistance with shopping

Food preparation

Providing companionship

Working as a Support Worker means no two days are the same as you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too.

No prior experience is needed, as we will give you all the tools you'll need to excel in this role. All you need to bring is a hardworking, compassionate nature and a positive can-do attitude.

Shift Patterns:

8am-8pm, working 4 on and 3 off / then 3 on and 4 off on a rolling rota. Rotas will be provided in advance to support a happy work life balance. You must have flexibility to work weekends
