About the Role

Our Belle Vue service is a lively, warm and welcoming home where we support three wonderful ladies with a range of complex needs.


As a Support Worker, you'll help them live as independently as possible, supporting with:


Personal care Meal preparation Medication management Household tasks such as cleaning and laundry Taking part in community activities and social opportunities

You'll follow detailed support plans to ensure consistency and high-quality support. At times, you may support individuals through behaviours that challenge, including verbal outbursts, self-injury or pushing furniture, so you'll need to remain calm, consistent and supportive.


This is a person-centred role where you'll work alongside an experienced, established team.


The ladies all have active social lives and two have mobility vehicles so

a manual UK driving licence is essential

for this role

Working Hours

24 hours per week

on a rota basis


Typical shifts:

8:00am - 8:00pm

10:00am - 10:00pm

Alternate weekends apply (one week: one weekday + one weekend day; next week: two weekdays).


An Enhanced Adult DBS is required.
