Fosse Court is a 22-bedded r=service, providing exceptional support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behavior.
We are seeking a caring and dedicated
Support Worker
to join our team.What you'll be Doing
Assisting in daily activities such as hands on personal care & household tasks Maintain accurate records and follow care guidelines. Providing emotional and practical support to promote independence and well-being. Encourage social interaction in the Community and engagement in activities. Work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure tailored support plans.
What You'll Need
Great communication and teamwork skills. A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others. Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care. Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
