We're looking for caring individuals to support people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging behaviours, EUPD & Mental health and help them thrive at home and in their communities. We are currently recruiting for 3 individuals living in
Saxilby, Lincoln & Gainsborough.
A face-to-face ASSESSMENT DAY for this role will take place on THURSDAY 25TH SEPTEMBER 2025, between 9:30am and 5:00pm. Attendance is mandatory as it forms a key part of the interview and selection process if successful at pre-screen.
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers who ideally have full flexibility with their working hours, can work full time and hold a valid UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle. You must have experience supporting individuals with self-harm concerns.
Pay rates 14.18 per hour & Sleep in shifts are 10 per hour - Subject to package.
We offer 12 hours shifts across either 8:00am - 20:00pm or 20:00pm - 8:00am and the odd package has 24 hour shifts 8:00am - 8:00am with a Sleep in included. We provide 1:1 and 2:1 care across our packages within Lincoln.
We have a variety of Support Worker roles available across 3 packages of care with different support needs, including but not limited to:
Learning Disabilities
Epilepsy
Autism
Behaviours that are challenged/ Physically challenging
Personality Disorder (EUPD)
ADHD
Mental Health
Registered blindness
Sensory needs
Global developmental delay
Personal care
Drivers with access to a vehicle
Ideally no restrictions to working hours
Comfortable working in packages with animals i.e., House cat/ Dog.
Strong communication skills
Caring, reliable, and professional attitude
