We are looking for support workers to maximise the independence of individuals within our community settings.
Community Support
includesSupport the individuals to run and take care of their own homes. Activities within the community Days/Trips out Supporting Individuals to maintain their health and wellbeing Personal Care Medication Administration Moving & Handling (where required) Sleep Ins Supported Holidays
About You
A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others. A strong team player who can also work using their own initiative. A resilient personality whilst understanding the strength to seek support when needed. Satisfactory communication skills.
