Marylebone Manor Care is seeking dedicated and caring Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be supporting adults aged 18 and over, providing them with high-quality care and ensuring they live fulfilling and dignified lives in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care:
Provide prompt and safe personal care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
Medication Administration:
Administer medication in a person-centred manner, ensuring all procedures are followed.
Meal Preparation:
Assist with preparing food and drink, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
Community Integration:
Support residents in participating in local community activities, fostering social inclusion.
Emotional Support:
Offer companionship and emotional support to residents, building trusting and respectful relationships.
Specialist Care:
Undertake specific medical tasks as required, following appropriate training.
Domestic Support:
Assist with basic domestic tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar care role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
A genuine desire to support and care for adults in a residential setting.
Flexibility to travel to different locations as required.
Right to Work in the UK (please note we are unable to sponsor overseas applicants).
