We are looking to recruit a caring, friendly and passionate support worker required to support individuals within the community

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting individuals to access and engage in the community and at home. Helping individuals participate in hobbies, interests, or recreational activities that enhance their quality of life. Assisting individuals in working towards personal goals through tailored support plans. Encouraging development and independence. Offering personal care and day-to-day assistance where required. Providing a compassionate and safe approach to ensure they feel respected and supported.
This role is perfect for those with patience and a genuine passion for working with others. While experience is valued, what matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Additional Requirements:

Must undergo and maintain relevant certifications and training.

Full UK driving license and own vehicle with the ability to travel within the locality as required.

Understand that, although the role is predominantly support, it may involve personal care and manual handling when required.
