Hours:
We have both part time (minimum 10 hours per week) and full time hours (maximum 40 hours per week), please speak to us about the hours you are looking to do. Your shift pattern could include weekends and sleep-ins
Salary:
12.74 per hour and our sleep-in shifts at 60 per night and our travel expenses is paid 45p per mile

What you'll be doing:
This is a brand-new service for Cartrefi, offering you the chance to join us at a pivotal and exciting stage. You'll play a key role in helping shape and build this new care and support service from the ground up. As the service evolves, there will be plenty of opportunities for your own development and growth as we discover together what delivers the best outcomes.
You'll be supporting four individuals in their own home, each with different needs and personalities. This includes supporting one person who experiences OCD and another who requires some personal care. They enjoy eating out, going to farms and gardening at the allotments. They require minimal support but there may be some challenging behaviour involved.
Your goal is to make everyday remarkable through enhancing well-being and focusing on the small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose. By offering this kind of person-centred support every day, this truly is a fun and rewarding role for the right person.
Who we are looking for:
No experience required as full training is provided. We'd love to hear from you if you:
have patience and empathy
can support a person with their intimate personal care with respect and dignity
have strong communication and teamwork skills
are able to speak on behalf of others as well as to a range of professional people
have good written skills and the ability to record events with empathy and meaning
have a
full driving licence - essential
for transporting individuals to appointments and activities
