We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our Evelyn Road team.



At L&Q Living, we believe that being a caring person whos our values and likes helping others is far more important than experience. Some of our best support workers have come straight from college, university or from other sectors such as customer service. If you possess the right attitude and values, we will provide the necessary training.

We follow the ethos of Positive Behaviour Support, engaging individuals in active support and focussing on community participation. You will support individuals to access meaningful activities in the community and on site, work with families and professionals and support opportunities to promote daily independence and wellbeing. You will also provide personal care and emotional support to service users.


No previous experience is required. We will support you with a comprehensive induction and provide ongoing training and development.



As a requirement of the role Evelyne Road Scheme is an outreach project you will be working on a rota basis 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday subject to change with Services Requirement.
