About the Role

Crestwood Care Ltd is expanding and looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated

Support Workers

to join our growing team across multiple locations. You will play a vital role in supporting adults with varying care needs, helping them live independently, safely and confidently in their homes or supported-living environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality personal care and practical support to service users. Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication prompts, and community engagement. Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing at all times. Accurately record notes, reports and observations in line with company policies. Communicate effectively with service users, families and colleagues. Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential). A caring, patient and professional attitude. Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Right to work in the UK. Ability to work flexible hours--including evenings or weekends where required. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care is an advantage.
