About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated

Support Workers

to join our growing team across North East London and Kent. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals live independently, supporting them with daily activities, personal development, and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their homes and/or community. Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Encourage independence and support service users to achieve their goals. Accompany individuals to appointments, activities, and social events. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care plans. Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues.
Requirements

Previous experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential -- full training provided). A caring, patient, and empathetic nature. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work flexibly (including some evenings, weekends, or shifts). Right to work in the UK. DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
