Mencap is recruiting Support Workers in Loughborough, and we're looking for caring, proactive people to join our team.
We have:
1 Full-Time Contracts (37.5 hours)
1 Part-Time Contract (30 hours)
? Sleep-ins paid at 63.70 per night (non-contractual)
? Shifts on a rota basis: weekdays, weekends, evenings, and sleep-ins
What you'll be doing:
Supporting people with daily living - cooking, budgeting, cleaning
Helping with personal care (where needed)
Promoting independence and community involvement
Building positive relationships and communication
