Bank Support Workers

Locations:
Amber Lodge
is a 13-bed residential home set across 2 beautiful Victorian buildings for people with a range of learning disabilities, we support clients with their daily living skills encouraging them to live as independently as possible, also assisting them to attend day services, health appointments and to keep in touch with families.
Woody Point
is located in a nice area of Beccles It is a large property with the town centre within 6 miles.
Marlborough House
is a home for 12 adults with a range of different needs. These include learning disabilities, Downs Syndrome, Epilepsy, Fragile X Syndrome, autism, Diabetes.
The Grove
is a five bedded residential unit that is home to adults with a diagnosis of Autism and learning disabilities. At The Grove service users are provided care in a person-centred approach and they are at the heart of everything we do. On a day to day basis our support works will work on a ratio basis to enable our service users to access the community, attend appointments and achieve their own goals.

About the role
Our team are enthusiastic about providing a high-quality and bespoke service to each of our clients, always putting those in our care at the heart of what we do. To ensure we can achieve this, our shift patterns include evenings, weekends, and some unsociable hours.
To succeed in this position, you will need great communication and interpersonal skills so that you can form solid relationships with your clients and effectively handover information to colleagues.

Able to support in house activities and hobbies
Attentive and inspire residents to achieve more!
1-2 years Support Work experience
Medicine Administration experience
This role encompasses a range of tasks dependent on the client's needs including:
Monitoring, recording, and administering medication
Light household chores
Assistance with mobility and personal care
Assistance with shopping
Food preparation
Providing companionship
