Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Support workers to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in dementia care, working with people with developmental disabilities, working with adults with mental health, learning disabilities, drug and alcohol and possess strong interpersonal skills. The job involves lone working, therefore seeking for someone who is proactive with good communication skills.

Must be a driver. There is a company car to use.

Duties:
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care tasks.

-Assist clients with personal care.
- Provide direct support in a respectful and caring manner
- Implement behaviour management techniques as needed
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

-Support individuals to claim benefits.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in dementia care, mental health, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in providing direct support services
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques
- Valid driver's license.
