Job Description
Graceful Hands Care Ltd is a provider of domiciliary care for the elderly as well as vulnerable adults. The office is located in London and caters for people in London and Kent environs. we provide personal and practical care services to people in need of assistance in their homes.
We are looking for committed and dedicated Support worker living in Harrow Council for one of our client. its a minimum of 6hours on Saturday and 6hrs on Sunday
Responsibilities of Care worker
Providing support in community engagement such as social interactions and physical activities. Providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care. Providing emotional support for an individual and their families. Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks or administrating medication. Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests. Teaching life skills, such as shopping, using public transport and paying for bills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
