What Your Role as a Support Worker Will Look Like:

Personal Care Champion


Support individuals with daily routines such as getting dressed, bathing, and enjoying nourishing meals - always promoting dignity and choice.

Activity Enthusiast


Help plan and take part in engaging activities like arts and crafts, music sessions, community outings, or movie nights - building confidence, skills, and happiness.

Life Skills Coach


Encourage independence by supporting individuals to develop everyday skills, from cooking and cleaning to managing their own health and wellbeing.

Health & Wellness Guardian


Observe and report health needs, helping to ensure everyone remains safe, comfortable, and well-supported.

Team Player Extraordinaire


Work closely with colleagues to create personalised care plans that reflect each person's unique strengths, interests, and goals.
