What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality support to people in supported living homes
Help with daily living tasks such as personal care, cooking, medication, and budgeting
Encourage access to the community and involvement in meaningful activities
Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and your team
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
Always uphold dignity, respect, and independence
What You'll Need:
A minimum of 12 months' experience
in a care/support role
A calm, caring and professional attitude
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to apply)
Up-to-date immunisations: Hep B, MMR, Varicella, BCG
PMVA or equivalent behaviour training (preferred -- training available)
