12.21 per hour

Contract Type:

42.87 hours per week (3 shifts one week, 4 the next - rolling two week rota)

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents in line with their care plans. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and grooming. Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, encouraging social interactions. Assisting with mobility and supporting residents to participate in activities. Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health or well-being to nursing staff. Maintaining accurate records and contributing to handover discussions. Following health, safety, and infection control policies at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a care or support role is essential. A caring, compassionate, and respectful approach to resident care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays, as needed. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
