Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our growing team. This role involves visiting people in their own homes to provide personalised support, encourage independence, and help individuals access their local community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support within service users' homes and the community Support individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and/or physical disabilities Assist with daily living skills, routines, personal care (where required) and meaningful activities Use a positive and proactive approach to support individuals who present with behaviours that challenge Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation Work collaboratively with other staff to promote safety, wellbeing and independence

Requirements

Experience supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities Confident managing behaviours that challenge

Must be a driver with access to a vehicle

and

business car insurance

Domiciliary or outreach care experience desirable

Valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to complete a new check Able to work alternate weekends
