Summary

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Caremark Ltd. In this role, you will provide essential support to children, young people, and adults in their own homes. Your contributions will be vital in helping our clients lead fulfilling lives with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication management. Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed. Engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life. Maintain accurate records of client progress and care provided. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care. Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices in caregiving.

Requirements

Experience in senior care or assisted living environments is preferred. Knowledge of dementia care practices is highly desirable. First aid certification is an asset. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving. Ability to perform physical tasks related to client care.
