This role combines both

domiciliary care

and

supported living

What You'll Do as a Support Worker

No two days are the same -- you'll be providing a mix of practical support, personal care, and emotional encouragement, depending on each person's individual needs. Your role may include:

Supporting with

daily tasks

such as shopping, meal preparation, light housework, and medication reminders Providing

companionship

to promote emotional wellbeing Assisting in the kitchen and encouraging involvement in meal planning and preparation Planning and participating in

fun activities

at home and in the community Accompanying individuals on

day trips and outings

Supporting with

personal care

(washing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect Completing accurate documentation and care records

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

A

full UK driving licence

and access to a

vehicle

A genuine passion for helping others live independently and confidently Flexible and adaptable will to go the extra mile to make a positive difference to someones life Enthusiastic with excellent communication skills committed to developing positive working relationships

Join us and you can expect

Weekday Days up to 12.35 per hour Weekday Evenings up to 13.00 per hour Weekend Days up to 13.00 per hour Weekend Evenings up to 14.00 per hour Bank Holiday (Time and a half) Paid business mileage (45p for cars) Holiday top-up payments made for regular over time (T&C's) Sleep in rate 80.19 per night
