Are you a caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual looking for a truly rewarding role? The Paddocks in Melksham is a welcoming care home supporting seven adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism, and we are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team.

At The Paddocks, support goes beyond four walls. Our residents enjoy a peaceful rural setting, complete with sheep pigs and ducks, which form an important and therapeutic part of daily life. No two days are ever the same.

About the Role

As a Support Worker you will:

Provide person centred care and support tailored to individual needs.

Encourage independence, choice and dignity.

Support daily living skills, social activities, and community engagement.

Assist with personal care where required.

Promote positive communication and emotional wellbeing.

Help maintain a safe, calm and nurturing environment.

What we are looking for:

A genuine passion for supporting people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

A calm, patient and compassionate approach.

Reliability, flexibility, and a strong sense of teamwork.

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential - full training provided.

Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
