Full-Time | Waking Nights | Care Home, TD6 Melrose
We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our compassionate team at a well-established Care Home in Melrose. This is a waking nights position, working 8pm - 8am, with a guaranteed-hours contract.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals live fulfilling, independent lives. Each shift will bring something new -- whether you're offering emotional support, assisting with personal care, helping with meals, or encouraging confidence and independence at home and in the community. No two nights are the same, and that's what makes this role so rewarding.
What You'll Need
SVQ Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) SSSC Registration Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varying shift patterns
