Job Description

Support Worker - 35 Hours per Week or the option of 21 hours per week.

Tyn y Coed, Rosemarket

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We're looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Tyn y Coed. You'll be supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives.

As a Support Worker, you'll help with everyday activities, personal care, and community involvement -- no two days are ever the same!

About the role:

Permanent position Mixture of day and evening shifts including part of the weekend Support individuals with daily routines, activities, and personal development Work as part of a friendly, supportive team
