Domiciliary Service supporting people with health conditions to remain in their own home and receive the support they need. We help anyone living in the surrounding area who needs care and support. We can work with adults with a range of needs including dementia, mental health problems, physical disability and sensory impairment. We specialise in working with people with communication problems and memory loss.
Our team of support workers offer the following services:
Personal care
Dressing/undressing
Bathing/showering
Cleaning, laundry, shopping
Meal preparation
Support with medication
Liaison with health services
Support with social activities
and many more services
Job description
To provide support to people with health conditions to remain in their own home and receive the support they need.
The role will include providing the following:

Support with medication
Full training provided
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.60 per hour
