As a Support Worker, you'll help adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties live more independently. You'll be part of a dedicated team, providing 24-hour support across three services. No two days are the same and every day matters.

As a support Worker, you will have the opportunity to help our tenants to
Promote their rights and express themselves
Manage their emotional and communication needs
Undertake their daily-life skills, such as budgeting, shopping, laundry, cooking, and cleaning

Care Certificate (not essential).
Past experience of assisting people with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviour (preferable)
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential).

Inclusive of 1 sleep-in a week rate at
67.50 per night
Shifts
The role of Support Worker is full time at 37.5 hours per week with shifts. You will be required to work a mix of early and late shifts, some weekends and some bank holidays. Some sleep-ins are also required at a rate of 67.50 per night.
Supported Living
The 3 supported living homes are well presented, comfortable environments, with each benefitting from being within sight of a bus stop and there is also free parking.
