About the Role

We're looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our friendly team. You'll be supporting individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling, independent lives.

Your role will involve:

Providing person-centred support at home and in the community.

Encouraging independence, confidence, and wellbeing.

Supporting individuals to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Working collaboratively with families, colleagues, and professionals.

What We're Looking For

Compassionate, patient, and positive individuals who want to make a difference.

Drivers are preferred, but we also have a limited number of positions for non-drivers.

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential - full training is provided.

Flexibility to work a range of shifts (including evenings and weekends).
