Do you want to join an exceptional, collaborative and supportive team?
Our Rehabilitation service in Worsbrough, Barnsley has achieved an exceptional CQC rating of Outstanding in all 5 areas. We have also been awarded the platinum level for 'Investors in People'. This is testament to our great team and our commitment to see individuals develop within a highly positive environment (this includes both people supported and our exceptional staff team).
We are looking for individuals to join the residential team who want to make a difference as people recover in their neuro-rehabilitation. The role is varied, rewarding and with a great training and development programme.
We are a team creatively and innovatively working with people to rehabilitate. It is an interesting role working with therapists so we learn new things all the time and no two days are the same as we support people in the therapy goals and leisure activities.
If you are compassionate and interested in others then this could be the role for you.
We are looking for a variety of people from different backgrounds to help us expand our work supporting people as they adjust to a life-changing injury. The role is varied, interesting and highly rewarding where you can have a tangible impact in your daily work.
We support individuals with an acquired brain injury to regain their skills, confidence and independence with the aim to return home or to more independent living. The Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies. We don't need people with vast care experience as in-depth training and mentoring is given, what we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded, proactive people who love working in a positive creative team.
We prefer to promote existing staff and have excellent career development programmes and opportunities, including a management training programme.
The role would suit both individuals looking to bring their Support Worker experience into the rehabilitation sector, someone looking for a complete career change or for those looking working towards a career in Neuro-Psychology, Neuro-OT, Neuro-SLT or Neuro-physiotherapy.
