We're looking for a calm and compassionate

Support Worker

to support a cheerful and resilient 12-year-old girl living with cerebral palsy, epilepsy. She's non-verbal and wheelchair dependent, but her personality shines through with every smile and giggle when listening to Elvis or watching Disney. She thrives with familiar faces, gentle interactions, and calm reassurance--making your support a meaningful and valued part of her day.

What You'll Be Doing as a Support Worker:

Support her to get ready for her day either to enjoy at home or go to school. Monitoring comfort and emotional wellbeing Responding gently to distress and providing calming reassurance Light personal care (e.g., pad changes as shown by family) Light domestic work in and around her living space.

What We're Looking For in a Support Worker:

Experience with epilepsy, PEG awareness, or cerebral palsy preferred Confidence working independently in a family setting Patience, calmness, and a kind-hearted approach Strong emotional sensitivity and attention to detail Driver with access to a car and business insurance (essential)
