You'll be supporting people with:



Learning disabilities and physical disabilities Mental health conditions Autism spectrum disorders Challenging behaviours requiring therapeutic approaches Complex care needs requiring person-centred solutions

Your role will involve:



Providing compassionate personal care with dignity and respect Supporting with daily living skills, household tasks, and medication management Facilitating social engagement and community integration Helping service users develop coping mechanisms and build resilience Implementing individualised support plans using trauma-informed approaches Encouraging independence and self-determination Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Maintaining accurate records and care documentation Following organizational policies to ensure safeguarding and empowerment

Essential:



A genuine passion for making a positive difference in people's lives Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills Ability to build trusting, therapeutic relationships Respectful approach that upholds dignity and promotes independence Willingness to learn and undertake comprehensive training Right to work in the UK Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check

Desirable:



Experience in healthcare, social care, or support work Understanding of person-centred and trauma-informed care approaches Knowledge of mental health, learning disabilities, or autism Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care) Full driving licence

Pay: 12.21 per hour
