Support Workers

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Promote independence, dignity, and choice in every aspect of care. Support individuals to participate in community activities, hobbies, and social events. Encourage and assist in developing life skills such as cooking, budgeting, and self-care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records. Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues to ensure consistent support. Follow care plans and safeguarding policies at all times.

What We're Looking For

A compassionate, patient, and trustworthy nature. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. Experience in a care or support role is helpful, but

full training is provided

for the right person. A genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone's life.
