Children's Residential Support Worker - 14.00 per hour - Preston

You'll be working in an Ofsted-regulated residential home, supporting children and young people with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and complex needs. Every day, you'll make a real difference by empowering them to build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve their potential.

Your Role:



Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support Encourage independence, confidence, and life skills development Follow care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment Support children and young people with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities Accurately record daily activities and follow safeguarding procedures

What We're Looking For:



Experience supporting children with Autism, ADHD, or Learning Disabilities is desirable but not essential Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children's and Young People's Residential Care (or willingness to work towards it) Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care A reliable team player with strong communication skills Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
