About the Service

Fallings Heath provides excellent person-centred support for four young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a quiet, residential street.

Experience working within a care environment A warm hearted, friendly manner, patience, kindness and good communication, a willingness to help others, requiring patience An open and honest character, respectful and celebrate diversity, connect with colleagues and residents to celebrate uniqueness The ability to be a natural care giver and someone who can communicate in an open and honest manner with your colleagues, residents and their visitors
